Certified IIA members get the right to promote themselves with our logo, and you get a page on our “off market MLS” listing site where you can promote all your deals. We also have a system where you can get paid if your buyer buys another deal on the site, without you being involved!

We also will be launching marketing, advertising and lobbying efforts for and with our members.

NOT A TRAINING PROGRAM (but the content in our video pretty much gives all the answers), this is a certification to demonstrate your skills in the area and (hopefully) keep legislators out of our industry.
